I called John Stevenson Plumbing on Monday, December 8th in the morning and never expected to get a technician to be able to come to my house the same day, but Armando came a few hours later. He assessed the leak source caused from damage to my home’s main water line, the damage to the interior of my garage, and began digging earth to get to the main shut off valve. I also began the remediation process with Mighty Dry and coordinated with my home insurance policy. The following day, today 12/9, two technicians, Isaias and Patrick W., arrived to my home to complete the job with new copper plumbing and soldering. They put the earth back to its original level, and water is now back to my home without worrying about further leaking and damages. This was an expensive fix, definitely, but after 35 years, I’m so glad the problem was taken care of within just 2 days ☺️

Annual plumbing review and follow-up visit to check gas connection to the gas grill—Nay was very thorough with his review and did a good job explaining what he would be looking at and reviewing, and he did a good job explaining issues and making recommendations. Brent and Anram came out to inspect the connection from the natural gas outlet to the gas grill—they were able to fix the connection with no charge—they went above and beyond—in addition to fixing the connection to the grill, they checked for leaks to the pipes and connections to the outdoor patio heaters.

We are members of the monthly maintenance plan. Today, Elijah inspected all drains and related shut-offs as prescribed on the plan. We got a very good report on these in the home. This annual inspection plan does address all plumbing issues throughout the year. We get great peace of mind knowing all is maintained and operating well. Highly recommend this program. Elijah took care to explain all of the checkpoints for today. He wore protective booties while indoors. When completed, he showed me the report. No work is needed at this time!
