I probably called 10 different 24/7 plumbing services today and John Stevenson was the most prompt. Ryan came to help us and he was great. He explained in detail the issue, showed us the parts and exactly what he was doing to repair it. The repair was very clean and thorough, afterwards it was like the issue was never there. Great peace of mind!

Just had a plumbing consult from Travis, and he was wonderful! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and pointed out a couple VERY important issues with our sinks/water heater. Super friendly and helped “dumb down” the plumbing talk so I could understand what needed to be done. There was no pressure at the end of the consult to purchase any products, but we will definitely be calling them to do our replacements! Such a great company, and I would highly recommend requesting Travis as your consult technician.

We had some nasty backed up drains that needed clearing so we called this company because we had called them in an emergency last year and had been very satisfied with their prompt services the last time. Unfortunately we didn’t take the time to give them a positive review the last time so we thought we’d try them again. Well it wasn’t a fluke folks. This time around Jason P. came out and starting with the booties he put on at the door, to the clear estimates, and the respectful way he spoke to both my elderly mother and me made it a pleasure having him in our home. We will definitely using them on future projects.

John Stevenson Plumbing was the second plumber I called. First, I tried our regular plumber, but they wanted to charge me their ``after-hours`` rate at 3:30 in the afternoon and couldn't get anyone here for at least 2 hours. Forget that! I had an active leak I couldn't stop. When I called JSP, they not only said they would be charging their daytime prices, but they don't charge by the hour--they charge by the job, by what actually needs to be done. Refreshing! Then they had a plumber here in less than 30 minutes, and he was the Field Supervisor, no less.He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He gave me an estimate, including a new-client discount of about 10%, and explained what he was going to do. We had a whole new pressure regulator and shutoff valve in about an hour! He cleaned up the space, gave us some helpful recommendations for avoiding future leaks, a quick tutorial on turning off the water at the street (which I couldn't figure out how to do before), how to bleed air out of the water lines, and was on his way.Highly recommended!
