Like most companies, I’m sure it depends who comes to do your service. Elijah was great. He was professional and kind. He honored the $79 price quote for a drain snake, even though it was inside (I don’t understand why the company would have a $79 drain snake only if you’re snaking an outside drain, and, if so, why it wouldn’t say so on their website). The coupons on the website should have more detail so people know what would be included and what would be more expensive.
