Very professional and not pushy. I had a heater problem. They went to examine it and presented a very thorough analysis of what was going on. It included data, info from the old heater, what the problem had caused (breakage), and the repairs that were entailed. I was able to make a decision, and it was excellent. The additional staff operated at the same standard.

He did a very thorough inspection, suggested possible upgrades to my main heater unit, and explained any issues that might need attention in the future, including a possible furnace replacement in the future as mine is 17 years old.
