Excellent Service and Explanations
My experience with the technician, Julio, was excellent. He was very amicable and thorough. My initial service request was to replace my anode rod in my gas water heater tank. Upon arrival, Julio made an assessment. After draining the tank, he lifted the anode rod out; it appeared that the rod was doing its job (see attached), and needed to be replaced after 6 years of use. Excellent service, explanations during the service, and the completeness of an assessment of the plumbing fixtures inside my condo. I have used John Stevenson in the past and will continue to use them. Thank you, John Stevenson, for taking care of my water heater and the maintenance of it!

We used them for our air conditioning that was a mess and needed to be redone. From the first appointment to the job being completed, they were professional, on time, and worked efficiently! Hunter and Matt, who were here on the first day we called about the issues, educated us on everything we needed to know and were beyond helpful. Once the installers Felipe and Alfonzo were here to install the system, they worked unbelievably hard and answered my 100 questions. They protected our floors, cleaned up, and were very organized with their tools. I highly recommend you use John Stevenson!

A new water heater, a fixed leak in the wall with minimal evasion, new faucets, and parts to replace corroded ones. It was all good. Luis explained the work and answered all my questions. John Stevenson Plumbing honored my late appointment in the day, having arrived home from LA at 3:00 pm. Elija showed up at approximately 4:00 pm Thursday 7/3 on the day before a long 4th of July holiday weekend. I saw Elija as a blessing to keep the appointment as he surely could have “called it a day” before arriving at my home. After a quick minute of negotiations, Elija cleared my slow draining sink drain after it had been slow draining for almost 2 weeks. The clean out was on the outside wall close to the sink and the clog was close to the sink. A relatively simple clog but still took almost an hour as he made sure it was clear. It’s so important to have a clean running drain. I would recommend John Stevenson Plumbing and would use them again.
