Fernando from John Stevenson was great and he let me know what was exactly wrong with our AC. He also double-checked the system to make sure everything was operating correctly. He even double-checked that the temperature out of the vents was okay as well. I have used John Stevenson for some plumbing issues in the past and they did a great job, so I was sure they would do as good a job on the AC repair. I was right!

Luis and Dillon (service persons) were efficient, informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked from 4 PM till 8 PM so that our old tankless hot water system was replaced and the new one was installed and in perfect order. When they left, you would never know they were there except for the replacement unit. Also a shout out to Skyler who initially diagnosed our problem earlier that morning.
