John Stevenson Plumbing honored my late appointment in the day, having arrived home from LA at 3:00 pm. Elija showed up at approximately 4:00 pm Thursday 7/3 on the day before a long 4th of July holiday weekend. I saw Elija as a blessing to keep the appointment as he surely could have “called it a day” before arriving at my home. After a quick minute of negotiations, Elija cleared my slow draining sink drain after it had been slow draining for almost 2 weeks. The clean out was on the outside wall close to the sink and the clog was close to the sink. A relatively simple clog but still took almost an hour as he made sure it was clear. It’s so important to have a clean running drain. I would recommend John Stevenson Plumbing and would use them again.
